TOTALS FOR THE TRIP NM = 1610 Hrs Underway = 105 Days = 10
Winds and seas out of the NW. 2-3 foot waves. Short intervals. Trip through Long Island Sound is not going too badly.
0915 Heading due East. Waves are directly on our nose. They are steep and coming at short intervals. We are getting a pretty good pounding right now.
1115 Things seem to be smoothing out as we approach Vineyard Sound. N 41 231.131 W 70 57.028
Rest of the trip all the way to Chatham is uneventful. No more pounding. Relatively comfortable ride all the way in.
Mike and Brad Pease and Capt. Dave met us at the Pease Bros. dock and helped us tie up.
